
Old Tailem Town Pioneer Village is one of the biggest pioneer village in Australia, a place where people can fully understand Australian history and reminiscent.
This village was built in 1982 and has more than 12 streets and 90 houses. The founder, an old couple, collected ancient houses, such as restaurants, cinemas, hospitals, post offices, police stations from a variety of places in Australia and placed them to build up this town. Most of the buildings here were built between 1860 and 1960,fulfilled with vicissitudes of time. The furniture inside each buildings are also collected along, vividly restored the living environment of that time. This old couple is telling Australia histories to future generations by keeping marks of time.
