
Extended family photos are not unusual in traditional Chinese families, but one this size is no ordinary feat. About 500 descendents of the same ancestor squeezed into a super-size family photo at a village in Shengzhou, a county-level city in East China's Zhejiang province, during the Spring Festival holiday. From the 25th to 31st generation, they were among 1,000 people surnamed Ren who reunited on Jan 31, 2017 in their hometown to celebrate their shared history and genealogy. [Photo/VCG]
