Hikvision Northwest R&D Base settled in Xi’an

On January 9, the People’s Government of Xi’an and Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, which marked Hikvision as a global leader in security and protection would build a northwest R&D base with a capacity of tens of thousands of people in Xi’an.

Leaders including Lou Qinjian, Secretary of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Governor Hu Heping, Wang Yongkang, Member of the Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of Xi’an Municipal Party Committee, Shangguan Jiqing, Mayor of Xi’an, as well as Xiong Qunli, Chairman of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Hu Aimin, Deputy General Manager of the group, Chen Zongnian, Chairman of Hikvision and others attended the signing ceremony. Zhao Hongzhuan, Member of Xi’an Municipal Standing Committee and Secretary of the Working Committee of the CPC of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone, An Jianli, Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee of the CPC of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone and Director of the Management Committee of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone, and supervisors of related departments, and supervisors of related departments from Hikvision also attended the signing ceremony.
