BEIJING, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- Ismail Tiliwaldi, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, met here on Thursday with a delegation from the financial and economic committee of the Council of Representatives of Bahrain.
