VP Ge Junjie meets with general manager of Santander Central Hispano S.A.

Mr. Ge Junjie and Mr. Sergio Graneiro exchange views

Mr. Ge Junjie, vice president of Bright Food and board chairman of Tangjiu Group, met on January 16 with a delegation led by Mr. Sergio Graneiro, general manager of Santander Central Hispano S.A. The two sides exchanged views on subjects including projects exchange and “go global” of enterprises.

Mr. Sergio Graneiro gave an introduction of projects he has brought with him and an analysis of current conditions of sugar and win segments in European and Latin American markets.

Mr. Ge briefed the guests on the overseas investment and acquisitions of the Group in recent years. He said that the Group has completed a series of international M&A projects and “the world making for China” will become a trend in tomorrow’s food industry. The Group will focus on its central segment and enter into wide cooperation with investment banks. It will not only engage in M&A but conduct strategic cooperation with excellent food brands of the world to build an integrated platform. It will give full play to its channels and network in China and create greater value by forming coordination between industries.
