Bright Food receives “2012 China Company Wealth Management Award”

Bright Food Group received the “2012 China Company Wealth Management Award” at the sixth China CFO annual meeting recently held in Beijing.

The award aims at seeking classic cases of financial management in Chinese companies and presenting examples that represent future trends and can be borrowed from. The assessors board believed that Bright Food conducted financial management in an innovative, progressive and practical manner in the fields of overseas merger and acquisition, investment and fund raising, financial operations and integrations of corporate value. CFO and director of Bright Food Cao Xiaofeng addressed the meeting under the title “creating value in overseas M&A”, sharing the Group’s experience in overseas transactions and financing.

Leaders from the Ministry of Finance, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission and experts from economic and accounting communities gave in-depth interpretations to the state’s macro-economic regulation policies. CFOs from some central enterprises and world top 500 and some award-winning CFOs shared their working experience and understandings.
