Holiday spirits will be flowing until the elves have all retired at China World Hotel's Conference Hall. The expansive dinner and festivities will embrace highlights of local and international cultures. Draw prizes will be awarded throughout the evening to lucky revelers.

Meanwhile in the Aria restaurant, head chef David Pooley and celebrated wine sommelier Eric Wu have painstakingly created food and wine pairings for a five course set menu. Highlights include pigeon breast with shiitake mushrooms and chestnut veloute with dried oysters.

A more family-oriented option is available at Scene a Cafe's Traditional Christmas Eve. Sing along with the Christmas choir as it belts out the oldies. Stare in disbelief at the magic show. Seize the opportunity to whisper into Santa's ear. And of course, a multicultural buffet and free flowing wine and spirits will do the rest to ensure everyone eats, drinks and is merry.
