Healthy diet keeps you away from diabetes (2)

It is reported that most diabetes cases are preventable with healthy lifestyle changes. A well-balanced diet and moderate sports daily could not be recommended more. However, some people complain that taking steps to prevent and control diabetes is similar to living in deprivation.
