A sexologist has suggested that universities set up specific places where couples may meet on campus, to ensure their safety and privacy during dates, the Chongqing Evening News reported.
Peng Xiaohui, sexologist and professor at Central China Normal University, has encouraged universities to transform campus activity centers into half-closed booths, where student lovers can enjoy privacy.
Although some believe the practice might be intrusive, Peng said the booths can help to protect student lovers, who are forced to date in dark places because of the lack of private space on campus.
