Tips and exercise precautions
Eat an apple or a banana about an hour before your workout. The snack can bring you calorie which increase your energy.
Avoid heavy lifting, or any exercise that requires you to exhale with great force. Keep all your exercise within your limit so as not to raise your blood pressure to dangerous levels.
