PLA theatrical delegation to South Korea stages successful performance

At the invitation of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea (ROK), a theatrical delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) staged a special theatrical performance on the evening of November 19, 2012 at the National Theater of Korea in Seoul of the ROK. This is a special artistic gift for the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the ROK.

The programs featuring Chinese traditional culture and Chinese military style are warmly welcomed during the performance. In addition, the artists of the delegation specially sang several Korean-language songs for "zero-distance" exchanges with audiences of the ROK.

The one-hour-and-a-half-long performance received repeated thunderous applause.

Kim Kwan jin, minister of national defense of the ROK, Zhang Xinsen, Chinese ambassador to the ROK, and more than 1,500 audiences from all walks of life of the ROK watched the performance.
