4. What factors contribute to the competitive advantages of Chinese manufacturing?

The global popularity of Chinese-made products is a testament to the effective functioning of market economy principles. Chinese enterprises have achieved rapid development and gained competitive advantages globally through sustained technological innovation, a well-established production and supply chain system, and vigorous market competition.

From 2011 to 2020, the number of patent applications filed by China for environment-related technology inventions was close to 60 percent of the world total, making it the most active country in environmental technology innovation.

A report by Bloomberg said that Chinese electric vehicle (EV) makers' capacity use is generally high, and Chinese EV makers are more efficient rather than laden with overcapacity.
