Not content with merely appreciating the snow from inside during China's cold winter, many people have to get out of the house and make a snowman to share with their friends on social media.

People from different places made different kinds of snowmen in recent days as the first snow fell in many areas of the country. Some netizens made animal-like snow creatures, while some made mini-snowman, all of which became popular online.

Snowmen made by Chinese soldiers captured the hearts of many netizens. Some internet users said that in the hands of Chinese soldiers, everything could be made as orderly as “tofu cubes”.
