China's 34th Antarctic expedition team on Tuesday successfully carried three large engineering and industrial equipment. They are the crawler excavator, wheel loader and crawler crane, which are critical for the establishment of China's fifth Antarctic research station. The heaviest equipment weighs 28 tons, which can only be transported by skiff and barge rather than helicopters.
