The opening ceremony of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation is set to be held in the National Convention Center in Beijing on Sunday morning.
Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a keynote speech at the forum. At least 29 heads of state and government are attending the forum, the highest-profile international meeting on the Belt and Road Initiative since Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the idea in 2013.
