China has expressed concern after the United States refused to lift restrictions on the export of satellite equipment to China.

The Ministry of Commerce says the newly-passed National Defense Authorization Act means China remains a restricted export destination.

China has urged the US to stop acting in a discriminatory manner, and soften controls to help bilateral trade, in line with common interests.
