On the morning of April 4, Jaime Arrastia, Group Chief Executive of Barclays Bank, led his delegation from UK to call on Chairman Lv Yongjie in the headquarters of Bright Food Group.

Chairman Lv introduced to the visiting guests the state-owned enterprise’s overall vision on reform and five principles guiding its overseas M&A business. Also, Chairman Lv expressed his positive attitude to enhance further cooperation between Barclays Bank and the group company.

Mr. Arrastia introduced the major M&A cases successfully concluded by Barclays Bank to Mr. Lv and further expressed his desire to play a more active role in helping the group company to conduct its globalized and securitized business successfully in the days to come.

Attendees of the meeting also include CFO Cao Xiaofeng as well as heads of Financial Department and Overseas Business Department of the group company.
