On the morning of August 1, Mr. Cao Xiaofeng, Chief Financial Officer of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd., met with the visiting delegation led by Mr. John Owen, Chief Executive Officer of International Banking Business at the Royal Bank of Scotland, in the headquarters of the Group.
Firstly, Mr. John asked with great interests about the business operation of Weetabix in recent days. As he and his family members were all loyal customers of the time-honored British brand for decades, mentioned John, he was glad to see that the brand was glowing with reinvigorated vitality in China again.
Cao expressed his appreciation for the special favor and concern shown by John to the popular brand and for the firm support delivered by the Royal Bank of Scotland to Weetabix’s financing and bond issuance efforts. In addition to introducing the business performance of Weetabix since its acquisition by Bright Food Group, Cao also informed the visiting guests of the M&A strategy upheld by Bright Food Group.
