On the afternoon of April 4, Chairman Lv Yongjie met the visiting delegation led by Ms. Cai Hongjun, the Chairwoman of China Business of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, in the headquarters of the group company.

Chairman Lv Yongjie introduced to Ms. Cai the “9+1” core business of the group company as well as how the group company plans to deepen its reform on state-owned assets as a state-owned enterprise in the next step and how to implement its globalized strategy.

Ms. Cai introduced the successful M&A cases that the Bank of America Merrill Lynch has helped to conclude during the recent years in consumer goods retail sector and expressed the wish of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch to conduct all-around collaboration with the group company in terms of investment bank and merchant bank business.

The heads of Financial Department and Overseas Business Department of the group company also attended the meeting.
