Guanchang (灌肠)
Guanchang (garlicky fried sweet-potato starch) is a traditional dish from Beijing cuisine.
Originally, it is made with sausage mixed with sweet potato starch and minced meat. Over the past 100 years, this snack has been simplified into just sweet-potato starch. Guangchang is crispy and a little bit spicy from the garlic sauce.
