Tour bus crash kills at least 3 in California

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- At least three people were killed after a tour bus flipped and crashed in Yucaipa, San Bernardino County in southeastern California Sunday evening, local media reported.

The deadly crash, which happened at 6:30 p.m. local time (0230 GMT Monday) on High 38 when the ill-fated bus slammed into a tractor-trailer, was confirmed by fire officials from San Bernardino County, according to KCAL 9 news.

The authorities have sent a dozen ambulances and fire engines to the crash site, and the wounded were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
