The new trends of celebrating traditional festivals have shown cultural diversity and ethnic inclusiveness.

Macao is also filled with cultural diversity, particularly during the Spring Festival. Since the Portuguese arrived in the 16th century, different ethnic groups as well as Chinese and Western cultures have merged in the region. Nowadays, Macao residents worship both Mazu and God during the Spring Festival, showing their acceptance of different cultures.

The modernization and internationalization of the Spring Festival in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan have shown their cultural inclusiveness. It has become a part of the lives of modern people. Since Western festivals such as Christmas and Valentine's Day can be localized in China, the Chinese Spring Festival should also be able to be internationalized.

When Mickey Mouse in a Tang suit, Donald Duck wearing embroidered shoes, and Sleeping Princess wearing a red headband perform Chinese folk dances during the Spring Festival, we have no reason not to join them.
