Thousands of motorbikes bring migrant workers home

A mother helps daughter to fasten the seat belt on a motorbike after resting at a highway toll station in Fengkai county, south China's Guangdong province, Jan. 30. On Wednesday, about 5,000 motorbikes taking migrant workers home from Guangdong run into the neighboring Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for the upcoming Spring Festival. Traffic police said about 3,000 such bikes passed through the county every day thanks to the well-developed roads connecting Guangxi and Guangdong. Local government offered free services including police escort, food, beverage and medical care to these homecoming people on the motorbike. (Photo/Image China)
