Drug prohibition and rehabilitation is not only realistic and urgent work, but is also a long-term and arduous task. I hope all regions and departments will learn and draw lessons from the successful experience that Guizhou has obtained from its implementation of the "Sunshine Project," emancipate our minds, renew ideas, dare to explore and practise, continuously strengthen and innovate social management on drug control, vigorously improve community-based drug rehabilitation and recovery, strive to embark on a new path of drug prohibition and rehabilitation which accords with China's national conditions and has Chinee characteristics, and make new and greater contributions to reduce drug harm to the society, promote social harmony and stability, and benefit billions of people.
