Xi's journey through China 2025 | Guangdong

President Xi Jinping has made a number of trips across China in 2025. From November 7 to 8, Xi made an inspection tour to Guangdong Province. In Meizhou, he visited the Ye Jianying memorial park and a pomelo growing base. In Guangzhou, he inspected the exhibition of the province's achievements in the integrated development of technological and industrial innovation and heard a work report from the Party committee and government of Guangdong Province. On the evening of November 9, he attended the opening ceremony of the 15th National Games in Guangzhou and declared the Games open. Ahead of the opening ceremony, he met representatives of national model units and individuals in mass sports and competitive sports.
