By Cheng Si (Chinadaily.com.cn) 08:34, May 13, 2024
The flight route from Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province, to Mexico City in Mexico was opened on Saturday, as reported by the Xinhua News Agency.
The route is so far China's longest nonstop route for commercial flights, with its length reaching over 14,000 km and a duration of 16 hours.
The route will operate twice every week using Airbus A350 aircraft. The route will shorten Chinese people's travel time to Mexico, China's second-largest trading partner in Latin America, and boost cooperation between the two countries.
