Algerian Prime Minister Ayman Benabderrahmane speaks during a ceremony to inaugurate the production line of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccines at a joint venture in the province of Constantine, Algeria, on Sept. 29, 2021. Algeria on Wednesday started manufacturing the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccines at a joint venture with China, which is located in the eastern province of Constantine. (Xinhua)
