73-year-old pole dancer Dai Dali once again wowed the audience as she glided around the pole as casually as if she was spinning in space during the 2nd China Pole Sports Championship held in Beijing recently.

The grandma started to practice pole dancing when she was 64 years old. Since then, she fell deeply in love with the combination of acrobatics and dance that pole dancing offered.

Now, Dai practices pole dancing three times a week. Sometimes she gets bruises while dancing, but she said it's all worth it. Pole dancing has kept the doctor away, as she hasn't been to a hospital for nearly five years.

Dai said she is willing to perform even if she is not paid, adding that pole dancing is not about fame or wealth, but about keeping fit, staying healthy, and having fun.

After Dai's story went viral online, many netizens were inspired, with some saying that she looks 30 years younger than she is. Dai is a prime example of how retirement shouldn't just be about winding down. "I'll keep dancing as long as my body allows," Dai said.
