China's drive towards Winter Games

With 3 years to go until the 2022 Winter Olympics, Beijing is in full swing in initiating the drive to increase the Chinese public's interest in winter sports. China wants to get 300 million citizens involved in winter sports by the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Creating excitement and aiming to build new or adapt existing sports infrastructure in a moderate budget only adds to the interest of the only city that will have held both the Summer and Winter Games.
