

Chinese Consul General in San Francisco Wang Donghua delivered a keynote speech during the 2019 Las Vegas "China Night".
The 2019 Las Vegas “China Night”, an event jointly hosted by the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco and the Organizing Committee of the China Information Technology Expo (CITE), was unveiled on the evening of Jan. 7, also the eve of the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
Under the theme “Innovation & Cooperation in the Era of Great Change,” the event aims to promote communication between Chinese and U.S. companies in consumer electronics.
“I hope that guests will exchange ideas and discuss the future development of the electronic information industry and explore new opportunities for cooperation,” Chinese Consul General in San Francisco, Wang Donghua, said during the event.
Noting that 2019 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, Wang said China and the United States are not strategic rivals, but necessary partners, adding that he welcomes more American companies in the Chinese market.
