What does it feel like to live with the Terracotta Warriors? Now a B&B in Xi’an, northwestern China’s Shaanxi province, might give you the answer.
Recently, a set of photos showing a Terracotta Army-themed B&B went viral on Chinese social media, arousing the curiosity of netizens.
The first manager of the hotel was a local cab driver who was also a super fan of the Terracotta Warriors. It took him two years to turn his three houses into a B&B, themed around the Terracotta Army.
The bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms of the hotel are all decorated with Terracotta Warrior replicas, from miniature figures to larger than life models.

Some people have joked that they would be too scared to stay in the hotel as the warriors are mortuary objects, even though these hotel versions are merely replicas. Some have gone on to explain that the B&B is indeed targeted at foreign visitors.
