(People's Daily Online)    09:15, March 23, 2018

Local people experienced how to make Thangka, a Tibetan Buddhist paining, at a bookstore in northwest China’s Qinghai province on March 20.

The Jihe Bookstore in Xining, capital of Qingai province, set a special zone for visitors to experience traditional Tibetan culture, where they have a chance to draw a Thangka and make Tibetan butter sculpture or clay Buddha by hand.
