The International Champions Cup (ICC) finished its China tour on Tuesday. But feedback from the event suggests that needs to pay more attention to details, according to a survey conducted by Tencent News.

According to the report, Italian translators misunderstood Spallet’s attitude toward Ivan Perisic and Manchester United in the press conference, saying that Ivan Perisic would join Manchester United for the right price when that was actually not true.

The arrangements for journalists was not very good either, as the sponsor forgot to leave team sheets in the media stand, making soccer league in China a more distance away from the International standard.

More than 50 stands selling fake jerseys outside the competition stadium annoyed the soccer teams the most.

Players also let down Chinese soccer fans, according to the report. Arsene Wenger, manager of Arsenal, mistook his player’s heatstroke symptoms as “food poisoning,” and Chelsea’s Robert Kenedy apologized thrice for insulting China in another competition.

Luciano Spalletti, who is in charge of Inter Milan, praised the enthusiasm of Chinese fans and called them the purest after Inter Milan edged out Lyon 1-0.
