A graffiti painter Lin Zinan and his colleagues are braving the scorching heat in Shanghai to draw on a 100-meter-long wall surrounding a future public art center under construction at 8 Hengshan Road.
The graffiti will be displayed for about three months, and then other artists will be invited to create new works on the walls. After one year, works of all artists will be displayed at the art center.
Pedestrians think the drawings have brought them closer to art.
