A registration system for athletes from the overseas Chinese community who wish to compete in the 13th Chinese National Games has officially opened, the official site of the Games announced on July 3. 

In addition to adding some sports events for mass participation, the Games also invites athletes from the overseas Chinese community to participate, an unprecedented reform in the Games' history.
