On February 28, the cornerstone laying ceremony of Honfei Flight Controls Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. (Honfei Flight Controls) was held at Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ). Li Yi, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee, Secretary of the CPC Xincheng District Committee and Secretary of the Party Work Committee of XDZ, announced the commencement of the project and laid the cornerstone.

Honfei Flight Controls is a joint venture engaged in aviation flight control system R&D between AVIC Xi'an Flight Automatic Control Research Institute and Honeywell International Inc.
