On October 19, the Target Management 3A Certification Work Group of the Xi'an Archives Bureau visited the Municipal Service Center of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ), to evaluate and inspect its archives work. After evaluation, the center scored 93 points for archive management and obtained a provincial 3A certificate of archive work target management.

Founded in 1992, with some 25,000 items in six categories, the archives of the center have one archival repository, a reading room and a data storage room covering a total area of some 160 square meters.
