On October 20, the Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) signed an agreement with Neptunus Group (Neptunus). Under this agreement, Neptunus will invest two billion yuan in great health operations in Xi'an. In the coming five years, Neptunus will establish a medical device logistics platform and an integrated national medical device platform to provide professional "Internet plus" services to medical institutions at all levels.
