Recently the Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) has released the three-year action plan for the construction of a national independent innovation demonstration zone. In the coming three years, XDZ will cultivate 15,000 technology-oriented enterprises and 8,000 emerging enterprises, attract 50,000 technology innovators and entrepreneurs, bring in 300 financial service institutions and achieve a total financing amount of 140 billion yuan.
