On the morning of October 12, the Kick-off Ceremony of Xi'an Session of 2016 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week took place at "Innopark" Xi'an Mass Innovation & Entrepreneurship Demonstration Block in the Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ).

During this event, Xi'an will present events such as Entrepreneurship Forum, Entrepreneurship Challenge and Camp, the 2nd City Entrepreneurship Competition, the 2nd Xi'an Geek Music Festival and Reading Salon.
