A young woman from Tianjin who hopes to track down a young man who hugged her 18 years has attracted wide attention among Chinese Weibo users.

The young woman, who goes by the online name Xiaoxiannvhehehehehe, posted two photos on Weibo in the hope of identifying the young man photographed giving her a hug in Holiland, a famous domestic bakery brand.

“I'm looking for the guy wearing gray clothes in Tianjin. It was on my second birthday in 1999 at the bakery shop in the city’s Wanxin Cun community. I was told he looked at me through the glass door and rushed in to hug me when his mother opened the door,” she wrote on Weibo.

The post attracted a lot of attention, as Weibo users forwarded it to help find the young man. Many Weibo users sent their best wishes to the young woman, and some even commented that they should be together if they are both single.
