It is hardly a shock when two people of the same age share something of a resemblance. But what about sharing the appearance of someone from an entirely different era? A Japanese girl named Xiaoxue (ゆき) visited Taipei’s National Palace Museum, where she discovered a portrait of an empress from the Yuan Dynasty. The girl couldn't help but notice how much she resembled the ancient empress.
Xiaoxue took photos with the portrait, tweeting them out with the caption “my pre- pre- previous life!” The portrait is part of a collection of Sengge Ragi, the great granddaughter of Kublai, fifth emperor of the Yuan Dynasty.
