On Thanksgiving Day at 11 p.m. ET, CNN accidentally replaced their new episode of Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown, a travel food show, with an explicit transgender video with adult content.
It was reported that RCN customers in Boston were the only ones affected, so the mistake could be on the cable provider's end, instead of the news network's. According to local media, CNN has yet to comment on the accident whereas RCN spokesperson said the company was "in the process of researching this incident."
Nearly 300,000 people subscribe to RCN in Boston, according to Variety.
