On October 28, the Administrative Committee of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) signed an entry agreement with Linde Group (Linde) and Xi'an Arooxy Life Science Co., Ltd. (Arooxy), announcing joint efforts to build the world's largest micro portable oxygen respirator manufacturing base.

Under this agreement, Linde and Arooxy will jointly sell and manufacture portable oxygen respirators. The total investment of the project will exceed 20 million euros.
