Police in southwest China’s Chongqing on Thursday pulled over a driver after finding her driving with an infant on her laps.
The police officer was astonished after approaching the car, in which the female driver was busy breast feeding her one -year-old baby. And the mother did not even have a seatbelt on.
The mother explained that the baby had been crying and the car got stuck in traffic. She reckoned that the baby must be hungry, so she had no way but to breastfeed the infant. She was fined RMB200 ($30) for traffic violation.
