DeHaas used to keep his condition secret but has decided to use it to inspire people who might be in a similar position through his travels
Their journey is far from over. DeHaas said: 'It's been one heck of an adventure. Kahlua's done more traveling that most humans I know and we've only just started to scratch the surface'
Although it's just DeHaas and Kahlua on the road, they do occasionally make friends along the way, like this chocolate labrador
