In Lhasa, there is a store named “Akeding Tibetan Bakery” run by a couple. Black barley bread is one of the specialties of the store. The store owner said “Akeding” is the Chinese pronunciation of accordion. He uses the word as the name of his story because his wife is a sophisticated accordion player.
