Concert to Mark First Anniversary of Macao SAR
A concert marking the first anniversary of the founding of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China will be held at the Macao Cultural Center on December 20 this year.
The concert will be one of a series of activities celebrating the first year of Macao's return to the motherland, Ho Lai Chun, director of the Cultural Institute of the Macao SAR government, said at a press conference on Friday, December 1.
More than 150 performers from China's inland areas, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will be present at the concert. Performances will include both classic music and pop songs.
