PLA Deputy Chief of Staff Meets U.S. Guests
Xiong Guangkai, deputy chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, met Monday with a delegation of U.S. defense experts from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, headed by Ambassador Robert Blackwill.
The two sides exchanged views on regional situation, bilateral relations and the issues of common concern. Zhan Maohai, director of Foreign Affairs Office of the Chinese Ministry of National Defense, is among those attending the meeting
