"Daxue" falls on December 7 this year, literally means "Heavy Snow". Just like it's meaning, Daxue indicates more snow days and snowfalls.

Experts indicate that people should eat right in order to keep healthy during Daxue. The following three foods are high recommended.

1. Chinese cabbage

If you have dry skin, eat Chinese cabbage. Chinese cabbage is rich in vitamin C and E, which help soften skin and improve complexion. The crude fiber in Chinese cabbage plays an important role in eliminating toxicants in human body as well as helping digestion.
